Must accept a call from our Project Manager to guide you through the features and services of Indian Logo Design.
Must Share Details / create at least 1 project.
Must give feedback and allow our designers at least 2 attempts to get it right.
Eligibility for refund is nulled if…
You APPROVE of any project.
You request or download source files.
We have these policies in place both to protect the integrity of our service and safeguard from abuse. If you have any further questions please feel free to email us at sales@indianlogodesign.com.
Once the refund is approved it will be processed and credit to original payment method within 6-7 working days.
You may cancel your subscription with Indian Logo Design at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Indian Logo Design services and your design files through the end of your paid billing term. Access to your account’s design files requires an active subscription. Canceled accounts will not have access to their files once their billing term has ended.
